This standalone version of the service runs for up to 12 months and provides you with 5 sessions at regular intervals during the year to review your progress, advise you on how to overcome career barriers and help you progress against your plan.

We strongly advise you to either purchase the Platinum membership plan or instead purchase the Career Development Plan package first. In the Platinum plan we include on-going support and the overall package with the career planning services offers you a substantive discount.

A coach can be selected from a range of experts based on your profile. Once you purchase the plan, an advisor will contact you to discuss your specific needs. You will have the option of selecting from several coaches unless, you have already purchased the Career Development Plan and in this case, we would recommend that you retain the services of the coach you worked with to develop your plan.

Becoming a member of NicerWork will give you access to our other career development services including the option to reach out to hiring executives in companies that you might like to work for as well as access “hidden” roles not advertised in the market. You will be invited to network events that will increase your profile within your industry sector and assist you in developing your personal professional network with contacts that can actually help you on your career journey.
