This Masterclass introduces the concepts of good project execution, how programmes should be structured, governed and monitored, to ensure on-time delivery, on budget fiscal control and ensuring that initiatives actually achieve their objectives. The Masterclass looks at organisational structure of projects and programmes, the challenges of different execution models, how to implement strong governance and effective metrics to control initiatives throughout the full lifecycle of delivery. Designed specifically for senior Executives who have accountability to oversee change initiatives.
