A little bit about Matt

Matt Parry-Hann is a business owner, investor and corporate lawyer.  Matt brings a wealth of experience delivering transformative transactions and simplifying commercial processes for his own companies as well as those of his clients.  Over the last 8 years alone, he has bought and sold more than 30 businesses for his companies.

With over 18 years of combined experience as a C-suite leader, a senior corporate and private equity lawyer, and a founder of SMEs, Matt has a unique perspective on how to help small businesses succeed in today's competitive and dynamic market. Matt is the Principal at ON Consulting Limited, a boutique firm that provides strategic, transactional, and legal advice to SMEs across various sectors.
