The real   challenge is not measuring how well your company is aligned with these   operating practices, it is how to make the transition and make the new   behaviours embedded in the business. This course provides you with an assessment of your operational   maturity towards being a ‘psychologically safe operation but more importantly   shows you how to move the needle and in order to drive increased performance   and growth.
